On June 11. 2020 our AC started to give us some problem--it was a hot day and the darn thing just would not cool. So we called Albert of Longhorn Air Solutions and he came over that same day to look at it. It was old and used the old expensive refrigerant fluid (R22) and it may be best to look at replacing it since it was over 15+ yrs old. He gave us a very good price on a NEW unit (even gave us a military discount on top of his low price). We had other bids that were lower but they were for lower quality unit with lower warranty--we selected Albert (Longhorn Air Solutions) because he was honest and gave us the best price for a complete turn-coat installation. He also followed up and was on time and said he could do the complete job the next day--12 June. He was true to his word--he not only came on time, he and his crew completed the job and made sure that did not track dirt or mess into the house--even vacuumed the floor and steps before they left. If that did not take the cake--Albert upgraded us to the next higher efficient model since the warehouse was out of the unit he had priced for the installation at no cost to us for he said he gave his word and wanted to make sure he lived up to his commitment. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. Does the job right the first time and meets his obligation--his word is is bond or as we say in the military; "He walks the talk and not just talk the talk." The unit is working great and if you were wondering why I waited till Aug 2020 to write this review, I wanted to ensure that the system installation worked and that the follow up was as good as the initial work--it is, you can count on the Albert Team they do follow up and make sure all is working like they advertise. Also as a final note they did not ask for any upfront money to do the job. Way to go Longhorn Air Solutions. read less
